About Jennifer
・ Jennifer Charlee is a neurodivergent freelance artist/illustrator that has made her way up the Pacific Coast starting in Los Angeles then the SF Bay Area and now the Pacific Northwest. She has a background in many forms of creativity and focuses on using watercolor, in some form, in most illustrations. Her education in and deep curiosity of others has lead to a passion in both Psychotherapy and Art Therapy for which she also has degrees in.
・ In 2010, Jennifer graduated with her bachelors degree in Illustration/Studio Art as well as Psychology. In 2015, she graduated with her masters in MFT and Art Therapy. Some of the many roles she has performed in her life have been; teacher, researcher, counselor, artist, creator, caretaker, partner, and mother.
・ Having backgrounds in both the arts and the social sciences has allowed Jennifer to work with a variety of people from nearly every age group and has inspired her to focus on helping others get the most creative fulfillment out of their lives, no matter their perceived skill level or talent.
・ Jennifer is most inspired by nature, animals, surrealism, fantasy, science fiction, and all things whimsical. She cherishes every minute spent in the trees and at the ocean's edge.
